The gap

Your CRM is a record of what people remembered to type.

Which is not the same thing as what happened in the meeting.

01

The notes come hours later

A rep types up Tuesday's meeting on Thursday night, from memory, under deadline. The objection gets softened. The competitor gets dropped. The new stakeholder never makes it in at all.

02

The best meetings leave no recording

Coffee shops. Showroom floors. A WhatsApp call taken in a car park. Meeting recorders only reach the calls that happen on a calendar invite — and in this market, most of them don't.

03

Nobody speaks in one language

Real Gulf sales talk switches between Arabic and English mid-sentence. Most transcription tools mangle it, then confidently hand you a summary of something that was never said.

Discipline was never the problem. VoxiBrief doesn't ask reps to write better notes — it removes the moment where writing was required.

How it works

Three steps, and two of them aren't yours.

STEP ONE

Send a voice note

Forty seconds into WhatsApp, in whatever language the meeting happened in.

STEP TWO

VoxiBrief listens

Transcription tuned for Arabic–English code-switching, then analysis that pulls out objections, stakeholders, competitors and risk.

STEP THREE

The deal updates itself

The brief attaches to the right deal thread. The manager sees it. Nobody typed anything.

What it does

Every brief makes the next one sharper.

Notes describe a meeting. VoxiBrief accumulates into something you can ask questions of.

Ask VoxiBrief

Ask your pipeline a question.

Natural language across every meeting your team has ever logged — structured fields and semantic search together. Answers arrive with the evidence attached.

Why are we losing on price this quarter?

Price is raised in most late-stage losses, but it's rarely the deciding factor. In the deals reviewed, the objection surfaces after a procurement contact joins late — and the reps who reopen the value conversation before quoting a discount hold the deal more often than those who don't.

AI Sales Coach

Coaching that has read every meeting you've ever had.

Not generic advice. The coach draws on this deal, past meetings with the same client, similar clients, the same competitor, and the same objection.

Win probability41%

Missing: no economic buyer identified in four meetings. Two buying signals in the last call went unacknowledged.

Collision Detection

Two reps, one client. You'll know before the client does.

When two people log meetings with the same company, both get an instant WhatsApp heads-up and the manager sees a flag to resolve.

Deal Threading

Every note finds its deal.

Fuzzy name matching stitches spelling variants into one continuous thread, so a deal reads as a story instead of a pile of unrelated notes.

Arabic & English

Your reps don't switch languages for the software. The software switches for them.

A Gulf sales debrief isn't Arabic or English. It's both, changing inside a single sentence. That's the part most tools get wrong.

What the rep actually said

يعني الـ proposal وصلهم، بس الـ CFO قال إن الـ budget مقفل لين الربع الجاي، وطلب نرجع له بعد العيد.

Five English terms inside one Arabic sentence, spoken at normal speed, in a moving car. This is the ordinary case, not the hard case.

"So the proposal reached them, but the CFO said the budget is locked until next quarter, and asked us to come back to him after Eid."

What VoxiBrief extracted
Stage
Proposal sent — awaiting decision
Objection
Budget frozen until next quarter
Stakeholder
CFO — now the blocking decision-maker
Risk
Timeline slip of one quarter; no champion named
Next best action
Re-engage after Eid with a phased start that lands inside the current budget

We tested three transcription engines against real, dense, code-switched audio from our own pilot. Two of them hallucinated — turning an English phrase into an unrelated Arabic word and carrying the error straight into the summary. We shipped on the one that got it right, and we check every new engine the same way.

Why this exists

I run a sales team. Every Monday I'd sit in a pipeline review looking at deal notes that were thinner than the conversations they described, and I'd know — because I'd been on some of those calls — that the interesting part never made it into the CRM.

It wasn't laziness. Typing up a meeting is genuinely unpleasant work, and it's the last thing anyone wants to do at the end of a day of them. But every rep I know will happily talk for forty seconds. So I built the thing that turns forty seconds of talking into the record that should have existed all along.

VoxiBrief is early. It runs a small pilot with a real sales team in Saudi Arabia, and it earns its keep every week or it doesn't ship. If that's the stage you're comfortable joining at, I'd like you in it.
